Terms of Service

1. Service description

LiDAR Processor is a cloud-based service that processes LAS and LAZ point cloud files and generates outputs including DXF contour lines, GeoTIFF terrain models, and classified LAZ files. The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed processing time or uptime SLA on free or Pro plans.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use LiDAR Processor only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files that contain personal data of third parties without consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the processing infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the service without prior written agreement
• Upload files you do not own or have the right to process

3. Billing and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time. One-time hectare credit packs are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

4. File retention

Uploaded LAS/LAZ files and generated outputs are stored for 30 days after processing completes, then deleted automatically. You are responsible for downloading your results within this period.

5. Limitation of liability

LiDAR Processor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users by email for material changes.
