Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data — email address and user ID, provided via Clerk authentication
• Uploaded files — LAS/LAZ point cloud files you submit for processing
• Processing outputs — DXF, GeoTIFF, LAZ, SHP, GeoJSON files generated from your uploads
• Usage data — job history, file sizes, processing times, hectares processed per month
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers

2. How we use your data

• To process your files and deliver results
• To enforce plan quotas and billing
• To send transactional emails (job completed, job failed)
• To detect and prevent abuse
• To improve the service (aggregated, anonymised analytics only)

3. Data retention

Uploaded files and generated outputs are automatically deleted 30 days after processing. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Deletion — request erasure of your account and data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data

We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication (Clerk session). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
